I've watched a lot of stand up in the last 25 years and "Jordan Jensen : Take Me With You" has easily sky rocketed into my top 5
specials of all time.
I understand that stand up is subjective and JJ is definetely not for everyone. Everyone meaning those who don't understand great stand-up. That's okay you didn't like it, just nobody really wants to hear about your poor taste in comedy.
Any professional comedian with any ounce of respect would easily give this special a thumbs up.
Jensen is easily one of the funniest comedians working today regardless of gender.
Thank you for laughs Jordan, can't wait to see what you come up with next.

I was sold on the imdb score and the first 20 minutes of this movie but then it just slowly becomes a dumpster fire. Nothing really makes sense in "Laggies"
It's so hard to root for the lead character played by Keira Knightley. She has no real good reason to have a sort of quarter life crisis, but okay i'll buy it for the sake of the movie to see where it goes, but then nothing really fun or interesting happens even though it has an amusing sounding premise.
The relationship she has with Sam Rockwell isn't believable in the least bit. He's not really likeable either. The only character I was truly cheering for was the daughter of Sam played by Chloe Moretz, which is why I gave it a 3 star and not 1.
Ppl seemed to like Laggies, but i'd skip it if i were you.

"Cold Brook" is the epitome of a simple, feel good story. Race plays a big part in this story but it's never talked about directly. Actions always speak louder than words.
I only clicked on the boring thumbnail because I really liked William Fichtner in the tv series, "Mom" and I was tired of surfing for something to watch.
This movie really made the statement that I think most of the North American population feels about race. And that is most of us don't see it, unless you point it out. Color of skin doesn't matter one bit. When we see somebody in trouble, we help. The end.
It's the kind of movie that restores your faith in humanity.
