I started watching this and thought it was too ridiculous to enjoy at first.... extremely random with poor character animations. But I decided to give it a couple episodes to better understand the characters (since each episode is only 11 minutes).... I'm glad I did! As nonsensical as it is, it actually has some decent character development (albeit it is stretched thin, intentionally). And the poor animation makes it better as it cannot exist with seriousness. I have to admit Justin's dog voice is absolutely hilarious and some of the facial expressions of the characters are golden. I cant get the "Hot Cross Buns" episode out of my mind. When everyone says "interdimensional cable" they are not joking... this seems like a rick & morty 10 second interdimensional cable episode squeezed like a really ripe lemon (REALLY ripe). Despite what some say, there actually is character development, though they dont realize it because they only watched a few minutes of a single episode. Give it a go!
First, I just want to say that this is not the best horror movie on the planet by any means. But it is much better than the garbage rating it currently has. I'll explain.
The movie starts off kinda slow. 30 minutes of jibber jabber that just pads the run time. During this time I truly felt that the movie was trash. It felt like all the convo was unscripted and that the entire cast of 10+ people were just talking off the top of their head.
But once the action rolls around I felt that one of two things was occurring.... Either the cast became AMAZING actors that were able to ping pong the dialogue off of each other perfectly, or the director fine-tuned everything with great skill and clarity. Or both I guess. At one point there are 10 people talking at the same time yet nothing sounds forced or contrived.
Then the kill scenes begin and they are exquisite! Everything is directed so well, the kills look real, the blood looks real, there isn't anything that looks cheap or tacky, the kill scenes are straight to the point like you would expect from real psychos instead of over-the-top nonsense. Even the snake looks real.
The practical effects are masterful for a first time movie. Seriously, why has Ben Wilder not blown up after this?? For a first time movie within this specific genre, he has succeeded expertly.

I don't know when imdB started allowing Youtube videos to have their own imdB page, but I guess they allow it now. This "short" is just a Youtube video by a user named "George the Giant Slayer" in which he tries to tie the most recent South Park episode "Into The Panderverse" to the Rachel Zegler Snow White movie. Unfortunately he does a horrible job of tying the two together, especially considering South Park didn't really focus on Rachel Zegler or Snow White during that episode. This video is honestly just some alarmist opinion by someone who is trying to profit off of the anti-Snow White hype. It is 9 minutes long and not really that good of a video, in my opinion.
