It is always sad, when a great TV series ot movie franchise finish with the worst of all episodes/movies.
Honestly, I don't think I will watch it once again. I felt forced to watch it as I was in the middle of the row and couldn't leave without disturbing too many people.
I did not like the development, the general mood, etc. Even the stunts didn't get my attention. Well, may be Morales' performance brings some fresh air, but in general the development reminded me the Star Wars episodes with Daisy Ridley. THe screenwriters were tormented to write something interesting, but at the end they failed. It needs another movie, even without Ving!

The production scale is magnificent! The costumes, architechture, everything is shown in details and looks like a cinema production(actually, it is, just divided on 10 episodes). Hiroyuki is perfect, I was wondering how Toranaga will look in 2024 when comparing with Toshiro Mifune. Well, it is at least on par with it.
The only one reason I am not giving a 10 rate is Cosmo Jarvis. Honestly, I can't imagine how he will raise to Chamberlain's level(I don't mean to copy him), but he is convincing to me. Too much growling, too much bad attitude. Anyway, despite Cosmo, I am counting the days to the next episode (#3).

Started good, but with any new episode gets boring and incomprehensible in a way. What's the point? I can't see the connection between the episodes, some of the actors overplay and don't look natural. Also, all of the negative characters are white(mostly men). Come on :)
Besides all, reminds me too much for Capital City (TV series from late 80s). - Young ambitious people, some willy bosses, people from different country, some Asian flavour, some gay line.
It is much better to watch "The Chancer" for 193830 time instead of losing time and expecting something to happen with "Industry".
Lust, drugs, sex, money, greed, lies, insincerity. These are part of our life, but in a TV production must be shown in a better way than this.
