If the film has to be summed up in one word, I would use 'sick'. There is no life or meaning to the story.
There isn't a single all-time low in our Kannada Film Industry (KFI). We record new lows every year. The saddest part is that this film is - supposedly - from one of our best directors. During a 'Karataka Gamanaka' film's press meet, SRK had compared Yograj Bhat to Puttanna Kanagal. It is insulting to Puttanna and us viewers.
Can't people like Bhattru adapt a successful novel or play into a film? They can, but they won't, and we have to suffer an illogical mess like 'Drama'.
KFI is the same industry that has given many meaningful films in the past, and most of them were from good, successful stories that were written by sensible writers for discerning readers. It's a pity that we are living in this era, instead of the golden era of KFI.

I know fictional dramas need human conflict and people have to be shown as imperfect and flawed, but there is a limit to it - Tiffany loses it completely in one episode.
The makers maligned and killed a character in 30 minutes for no reason whatsoever. What did they achieve by showing an FBI agent in such bad light? This episode was the most hilarious of all FBI episodes, though it was entirely unintentional.
