I am watching it because I am home ridden by a tenacious cold and it's bearable so far.
What is almost unbearable to me is the face of Catherine Bell with her hyaluronic acid deformed upper lip, giving her an unnatural movement of her mouth. Ad an almost fixed smile, an unrealistic soothing tone of voice and you'll have a fake face deployed all over the show.
Couldn't they find someone else for the role?!

For a maximum 10 years old it's ok. I guess the lesson you learn is that if you are a hardworker handyman fate will swith on your side.
And that sometimes you pay for what you haven't done.
But still...one can hardly see any real emotion, acting is close to nul, soundtrack is better to be muted - all in all something reminding me of a film from the 70s.

I'm not into the Fantasy genre very much but this serie got me hooked. It is a sort of "The Little Prince", of whom soul is undeniably Tom Sturridge's portrayal and its nucleus the drama of Dream/Morpheus.
Too bad it is flawed by submission to leftist ideology which should't interfere with true art. The story is powerful in itself enough to raise above political currents. But combined with propaganda it only becomes one more production that will fall into oblivion with the w.ke current.
Too bad.
Frankly, I was curious to see what Tom Sturridge can deliver after I saw him in "Far from the madding crowd" and boy how I liked him here! It's true that the make-up and photography helped him a lot, so kudos to this part of the team.
