Farrel is excellent and completely believable as the down trodden penguin seizing his opportunity to climb the ranks. Oswald seems to move from one misfortune or impetuous moment to another without any plan or does he have a plan. He draws you in from the 1st minute.
Following on from events in the 1st Batman movie of the Patterson era. New and old charectors returning. Nods to the comics from the 40's.
Violence, action intrigue and intelligent writing blended with some great subtle comedic moments. The sets are close to the Gotham we all loved from the Gotham tv show and the Bale movies. Dark and broken. I can't wait for episode two.
