I'm going to keep it short since I just did a rewatch after having seen it almost 20 years ago, yes, time flies, isn't it...? And something still irks me to this day, I remember quite well it was advertised then, as it is today in Netflix, as a "Christmas" movie, and I mean, sure, it is winter, there is snow, and there are a couple of extra things that has to be there but it is a bit too much on the nose at times, I know, I know, it was 2005, but the low punches since the very beginning where a bit too much, and of course it is going to make you cry for all the wrong reasons in this genre but anyway, maybe watch it in any other time of the year? While you are not depressed/sad already, of course.
But let's say you suspend disbelief, and can accept that every single human being in this serie will do the opposite of which any politician, or person in power would do. That the UK can control its border but fail to manage a minimum supply of drugs to keep its people healthy, but instead of going to... dunno, Germany? The USA? They go to France of all options, and I work on pharma. I mean, who wrote this...!?
All this said, these actors did what they could what the material given, it is enjoyable although seriously improbable on every possible case scenario.

Pros: Good music and acting, nice scenaries, and that is it.
Cons: Nothing to do with Emily Brontë whatever, nothing at all.
I'm giving a 5 just because of that, and then I cannot for the life of me imagine these 3 fighting themselves, there was just one part that was true, and it is not an spoiler for it's commong knowledge, Charlotte did push Emily to publish but being jelaous? Calling her contrary? And all that...? Sorry but no. I know the genre is difficult for you can either verge too much for sci-fi or fall altogether into a wiki entry. In any case, it is difficult to get ir right but points to everyone involved for trying.
