It's not often you just throw a random movie on and are as surprised as with what "Late Night with the Devil" achieved.
Slowly introducing you to the show "Night Owls" hosted by the incredible David Dastmalchian. His calm yet devastated approach leaves you captivated, with laughter and curiosity. Constantly wondering to yourself, "I thought this was a horror movie."
Every guest adds more intrigue to this rollercoaster ride of a talk show, but none like Ingrid Torelli. Her staring into your soul quickly goes from hilarious to pure terror. The approach to backstage footage and the spine-tingling, trippy final act truly have left me wanting more. Give me a series, please!

"Tokyo Decadence" quickly sets an undertone that Ai (Miho Nikaido) is desperately searching for love. Feeling no accomplishment in life, abandoned by her lover, she is utterly lost in this world, submitting herself to drugs, punishment and pleasure.
The limited use of dialogue adds so much tension to each new situation, while the lead character's actions tell a more impactful story-one of heartache and longing to escape this life of degrading treatment she encounters every night.
Not a movie you'd watch with the family but a unique, not overly sexual glimpse into a Japanese prostitute's 7 circles of Hell.

If you're not a fan of Aqua Teen Hunger Force or Superjail, look elsewhere. This show is dark humor and embraces that in all the right ways.
