In short, one of the worst movies in recent times. Movie is bad in almost every area like BGM, Music (telugu), screenplay, editing, story/plot line, characterizations, dialogues. What's good is camera work and Vijay's acting.
I have seen Forest Gump a couple of times and when I heard Amir Khan is going to do the remake, I was bit skeptical. With a lot of expectations and skepticism, me and my family went to watch the morning show and we all loved the movie. The performances are top notch and Amir Khan's did exceptionally well. Our mind tends to draw comparison at times, especially when we see the iconic scenes but I wasn't disappointed at all with the way they got presented. There were times we forgot about the original.
I recommend this movie and I plan to watch it again.
