Don't know what's worse: the acting, the script or the camera work. The action scenes look ridiculous and the attempts to be witty or funny fail miserably. The only good thing about this less than mediocre series is that it takes place in Amsterdam.

The Bad:
stiff and badly written dialogues, awkward voice acting, annoying accents that aren't even cliché like a lot of things in this adaption
The Good: an intriguing story about a biological/environmental threat and how to deal with it (different than your standard zombie apocalypse show) with the right amount of nerdiness to my liking.
The portrayal of the story's philosophical/spiritual aspects was executed too cautiously, imho and deserves more focus.
By the way: I hereby offer my services as voice acting coach for (German) actors.
Years of experience and a fine ear for subtleties. ;-)

Quite a neat job on displaying a dystopian Boston. The set design is well done but somewhat over the top. Moss and other overgrowth often looks too manicured and too bright -> just fake.
It's so good to see Anna Torv again. I loved her in Fringe.
So far I find the dialogues a bit cliché and stiff and the pacing somewhat bumpy: sometimes too slow and then often too rushed.
I don't get the criticism about Bella Ramsey - she's doing very well.
But am I the only one who is annoyed by continuity errors like wading through thigh deep water and a couple of minutes later their clothes are dry? I know, it is not real life, but please make it more credible.
