I have done an "Ancestry DNA" evaluation before, had to deposit saliva in a cup and mail it in. If you deposit water or club soda in the cup, the results come back blank, as shown in the 'documentary'. Not accusing, just suggesting.
But wait, there is more:
In 3036 (after cell phones were banned for hundreds of years) they teach kids that in 2020 there was an upgrade from 4G to 5G, and that in 2020 cell phones had airplane mode.
Sebastian didn't have any ID on him? Credit Card? Futuristic house key? Anything?
Sebastian owns a beat up comb, containing hair samples that look more like cat hair to me.
Sebastian wears the same clothes we are wearing today. If someone travels back from today to the year 995 in sneakers and jeans, that person would be spottet like a red dog. OK, maybe he rented his clothes from a museum in 3036, I give him that. And maybe he also took some linguistic classes to obtain a 2020 southern accent.
Did Sebastian bring his COVID mask from the future, since he can't survive without it? Or do they teach kids in 3036 that in 2020 there was a mask mandate, and therefor he intentionally time traveled into a past where COVID masks are accessible and free?
Why didn't the reporter record the x-ray procedure on Sebastians hand? Maybe from check-in at the hospital, talking to the radiologist, then filming the procedure and ask the radiologist about the results? That was his chance to score a some credibility. He just shows a picture of a hand, with a chip that was most likely drawn in later.
The reporters big chance to score for credibility (at least a little bit) came at the end, when an unidentified dead body missing a hand was found. He could have gone to the police with Sebastians hair/blood sample, and say: "I think that's my buddy, can you compare this hair/blood sample?" The police would have welcomed such cooperation.
It all sounds like bunch of BS to me.
PS: If I was able to time travel into the past, I would choose the 1930's and kill Hitler, instead of 2020 to steal fruits and vegetable. And there was no radiating cell phones either in the 30's.
I just hope this steaming pile was not financed with tax money!

As we have seen in previous episodes, the Snell's were never eager to have a Casino close to their property. Therefor Marty and the new cartel attorney cut a deal with them, to sell the Snell's heroin.
The only reason the cartel cut a deal with them was obviously to have them cooperate with the casino project.
This was their way out! By having the FBI shutting down the Snell's heroine business, and arrest them, would have also caused asset forfeiture, meaning the Snell's property eventually being auctioned off for a fraction of its value.
Was I in Marty's shoes, I'd just open a bottle of good wine and watch the FBI doing what is good for my business, which is getting the Snell's out of the picture, and then I'd take over their property.

American Greed
The thief steal $1 Billion from mostly elderly people, and a big focus goes to a lady who smuggled $15.000 in her bra to Jamaica?
Then the Jamaican police shows two giant masons belonging to the two head organizers, and agree to team up with US law enforcement, to take them down.
They don't storm the mansions, they go into a regular home, where a neighbor - living in poor condition - is in possession of a lead-list. Nothing happened, the people living in the mansions still live there, and are still scamming grandma out her social security check.
Does the Jamaican government get a share of the $ Billions?
