Oh my goodness, oh my, my. Every time I watch this show and every time I get to this episode, I shed a tear. It is the most wonderful ending, where everything gets to unravel with a shocking, yet really conclusive twist to the entire saga.
Even with knowing every time how it will end, I still cannot help but get emotional. The ending to this show made me give it 10 stars, out of 9 as I originally wanted.
Upon my further rewatches, this ending really casts brand new light to all the characters I'm watching on the screen, their stories, their joys and their struggles, and I love them all (I still have my favourites, though).
I've heard season 8 being called the worst of Regular Show, and it is not my favourite either (but not by all bad or even average, still very good), but with an ending like this I don't see why anyone would say that.
Regular Show is an unassuming show, it doesn't mind being goofy, eccentric and silly, but there is more, much more than initially meets the eye.
This might be the only ending in a show ever that has made me cry without fail every time, but that also may be because of the cast that really grew close to my heart (especially Benson).
The story told is amazing, it is beautiful. All I want now is some more detailed closure on the characters, I would love to see their futures in much more detail than just a couple minute montage given at the end.
Jolly good show, couldn't have said it better myself.

The story is very rich, but it doesn't feel like it's dragging on. Jokes are somewhat cliche, but they work great in a new setting. Thank you, Trey and Matt. You guys rock!
I enjoyed the shakeup of traditional and established characters from the show. Goes to show writers still have a lot of great ideas.
