You can tell right away that this is a low budget film as are all from Mr Stich Films. Some of the acting is bad. Most of it is like normal behaviour. The house used doesn't quite match up to a 1970's interior (think bad late 1980's) but on a low budget you can't make big changes to any location. However saying all that there are quite a lot of really creepy moments in this film. These are not big budget effects which for the most part are very over the top. These are far more subtle and all the more disconcerting because they are realistic. Get past the flaws, expect low budget and then it is worth a watch.
Well you can't fault the cast or the acting and Jodie Foster can certainly act her way out of anything; except this. The film starts off well but quickly disintegrates. It is like they had not planning and no script or story boards and started off well enough then lost the plot, literally. The reasoning behind the events on the plane make no sense what-so-ever. I was left with the feeling of, "Well that was completely stupid." The only reason I watched it to the end was I had insomnia.
