Whatever qualities the move may either have or lack, the listing shows Odessa, Russia, as the filming location. It's Odessa, Ukraine, despite Putin's efforts to make it part of Russia.
Low-budget debacle, with zero charm, zero animation skill, zero humor and, um, zero story. Hard to recognize for anyone who's seen any of the original five installments. The only consistency is that they continue to get worse.
