This movie has a solid story and good acting. The characters are well written and well directed. It has some original scènes.

But giving this a 9 or 10 in rating is too much.

And for sure it isn't groundbreaking or original.

It's mostly a 6, maybe a 7.

I think people who rate with a 9 or a 10 don't watch movies that often, or are payed to leave a review with a score like that.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good movie for a one time viewing. But it doesn't leave a huge impression as people mentioned it to be.

It starts solid, than there's the build up and in my option, takes too long. There's some music that throws in some fresh moments, but if that's what's holding this movie together, it's the easy way.

And the final part was just average.

Comedy on al levels, but enjoyable. Some contestants are really trying their best and are actually very funny. The practical effects that are in the sets (or decor) are not that great and just childish humor. Don't know if that's what the producers have in mind, but it takes the show down. The little banter between the contestants are sometimes a hit or miss. Some famous comedians show up to perform an act, but that's also a hit or miss.

Some acts go on for too long and lose their punch.

But still one of the better LOL's in my opinion.

With actually some great comedians and I enjoyed all seasons and even the specials.

3 amateur cooks prepare a 3 course meal for 3 judges and some guests who are just screen fillers and don't add anything to the contest.

Unfortunately it's pretty obvious early on who the favorite contestant is. Making the last hour pretty boring and it's just bad tv making. It's not exciting and when the winner is announced, I don't get a feeling of joy or excitement.

A Masterchef Australia season is just too long and you can easily skip half of the episodes. It drags on too long and it shows in the final episode. I just didn't care for the contestants because the final episode didn't do anything new or exciting.

A dull ending.
