I have not got tears since many years in front of a Kannada cinema, but this one made me burst out n Am serious that i saw the crowd clapping for the Climax ! And Achyuth has done well, And no WOrds abt Ravichandran,,hes carried the whole film on his huge n experienced shoulders ! An Ideal for the role in Kannada ! Nothing much to reveal as its a complete thriller ! So, one notable thing is: Incidentally, When Ravichandran had Directed and Produced "SHANTI KRANTI" in early 90s, which was made simultaneously in 3 languages(With Rajinikanth in Tamil and Nagarjuna in Telugu)Unfortunately, the film did not go well at the B.O. Hence, the multicrore debts haunted Ravichandran. At that time, the same P.Vasu whose "CHINNA THAMBI" was a blockbuster,gave the rights to Ravichandran, which became "RAMACHARI" in Kannada and became a landmark hit of Crazystar and was screened at Ontario Film Festival. So, now when Ravichandran was in his bad times with series of flops, the same P.Vasu delivers a HIT ! HISTORY REPEATS !

Secondly, its the Charisma of Veterans like V.Ravichandran,Ramyakrishna,Avinash,Shobharaj etc and Arjun Janyas Music are the plus Points of the Movie ! Oly negative point to say is the selection of heroines who are not so impressive! Sudeep has donned the hat of director and the protogonist in the best possible way,A lavish film made with a budget of 12crores and a worth watch for Family and action genre lovers. It marked the come back of Ramyakrishna and also the reunion of Crazystar and her after the Landmark film YEKANGI. One more notable point is the Crew selection, Sudeeps wins accolades for it. Ravichandran is just apt to the role, which has majesty and power with a Love and peaceful coating ! Overall, a must watch film...Refrshing if u hav nt seen the original,, If u hav seen the original, go catch it still for the excellent star cast, Ravi-Ramyakrishna and music at least !

What a debut Direction... Thats y hes called Crazystar... V.Ravichandran spent 1.5crores which was the costiest for that period, Premaloka ran for 1year in Kapali Theatre Bangalore. My younger brother who is in his 20s now,pretty much new age film buff, a music lover too, has searched Premaloks songs,Film DVD, also Ranadheera film, Has put them into his all time collections and also his cell phone and car pen drive has the hit songs running. Saying this coz its the power of music and a quality film to be alive throughout the generations and across the time periods ! There is nothing minus, Way ahead of its time, Marvellous songs which recorded over 8 lakh cassettes sold, Re-released many times and all time blockbuster in Kannada film Industry. Till the 100th day, a normal turn out was observed. But once the Doordharshan aired the Video song "Eee nimbe hanninanhta hudugi bandlu" and then that one song made de magic again, and people just flocked and made it a run through for a year ! Hamsaleka , A musical university of Kannada was intoduced by Ravichandran here and Also Juhi Chawla, who later became a legend in Bollywood. A notable point, Ambarish, Vishnuvardhan, Srinath, Tiger PRabhakar, Lokesh, Leelavathi were also in the cast of the movie. The movie had all richness from Imported Yamahas,rich sets,awesome songs,brilliant screenplay and direction.It marked the way for story telling in the songs, A must watch for all Lovers and cinema lovers !
