They tried pretty hard with this one, but at times, so hard that it's almost hard to watch. The film has a few redeeming moments, but it really struggles to stay cohesive, which weakens the plot and makes it hard to stay invested. There's a definite lack of realism here, and while the characters are somewhat compelling (for the most part), they fall into stereotypical, almost cartoonish tropes.
In the end, it's a commendable effort with good intentions, but it unfolds in a way that's all too predictable. The important message it's trying to convey is there, though, and while it doesn't exactly knock it out of the park, it delivers decently enough.

This show is supposed to be entertaining but it is everything but that. It's extremely painful to watch, not believable and boring.
The host tries so hard to be funny but she is not. Her jokes are cringey and completely unnecessary. I wonder who is the "genius" behind this idea and why would anyone think this product would be a good way to celebrate the show's 30th anniversary.
They need to stop doing things like this, because they only contribute to damage the legacy of iconic shows. FRIENDS still stands strong today and we understand it's a product of its time. Let it be the show that keeps us company, the place we'd like to go to when we feel low and bummed.
We don't need "Fast FRIENDS", just good old FRIENDS is more than enough.

I just don't see what all the fuzz is about with this movie, there's nothing new about the premise, the acting for the most part is awful and one particular character is just unbearable. A pretentious yet predictable and poorly recycled concept.
The doll design is actually good, specially the facial expression which makes you wonder what really lies beneath, but that's it, there's not much more to say about it because there's no depth, nor actual development, not a momentum... it's just there, it's what you are led to meet since the first trailer, and so on.
The ginger "Good Guy" still wins.
