Damn, who would've thought men walking 300+ miles would actually be entertaining and thought provoking. Though they are opposite in style, I found this film very similar to "Death Race". You find the ones you trust, and hope you survive until the end.
The film can potentially be disturbing for viewers. There's no hiding death. Whether it's a solider putting the bullet into someone or a walker giving up. The cinematography does a great job of capturing all the different emotions whether it's a moment to pull you in close, or allow you a moment of reprieve. The score also draws everything together to bring the intensity when you need it. Lastly, like any movie, you get drawn into the men and their stories, but fate takes them away. So be cautiously optimistic of who you choose to survive.
Overall, a story that makes you think and feel of how far you're willing push it to survive. The variety of characters give you a sense of don't judge a book by its cover, but also do. The cinematography and score round an enjoyable experience. This film is definitely worth seeing, but depending on how you feel about bullet placement, you may need to be wary of what scenes you watch.
That's it for now. Thanks for taking time to read my review. Happy watching and enjoy the show!

Honestly, I really enjoyed this film. My friend and I watched after going back to the original and I must say it does a half decent job of filtering in a new generation of "Tron" watchers while also not forgetting the old generation. The score and sound in general were fantastic. I loved the story and appreciated the pace of the film. It was just right. The animation was spectacular. Better than some of the stuff we get today. Making Jeff Bridges look younger wasn't too shabby. It was better than what "Star Wars" brought for Peter Cushing and Carrie Fisher. It almost rivalled a similarity with "The Polar Express" but more natural. Overall there wasn't a lot to hate for this film. I gave it a 6.7/10 because while there was a lot of things I enjoyed, they don't stand out as spectacular. That being said however, I am now looking forward to seeing "Ares" in IMAX this October.

Honestly, I enjoyed this film a heck of a lot better than I expected. It's charming, funny, and witty. The whole reality show aspect is a little out there on the realism it provides, but it also wouldn't surprise me if that's exactly how things go behind the scenes. The chemistry that Miranda Cosgrove and Pierson Fode had was genuinely awesome and natural. They were a couple you could cheer for from start to finish. Also, they naturally felt like actual cow-folk. I would totally be down to watch this one again because I think it gives off the appropriate romantic vibes that one would look for in this style of movie. I would also say this is more a girls night movie, but a man who's comfortable with cheesy romance may want to attend this date night movie with his significant other.
Overall, great chemistry, mediocre story, and sappy outcome. A reality show romance that is more enjoyable than a Hallmark film. Definitely recommend checking this one out.
