I have read the book numerous times. I have seen and didnt care for the 90s miniseries.
First, what I liked. Alexander S. is a very charming, very scary Dark Man. I am a fan of the mans work, from True Blood until now. He is a very good actor and was perfect for this role. I liked James Marston as Stu. I was especially imipressed with the actor playing Tom Cullins, He was from Orange is the new black and is perfect. And last Whoopie as Mother A, great job.
The whole jump around time line was waste of story telling. and the girl playing Fran was not the important, not to have a tacked on afterthought of an episode. it added nothing to the story, except to maybe make a second season possible.
all in all, I liked it well enouigh. but it did disappoint.

So Cardi B, Snoop Dogg, TI and Chance the rapper, are auditioning the next big Hip hop star. I feel what they are doing. Chance, Snoop and TI seem to be Dead honest in their criticism of those trying out. Cardi B though, I just don't see what she brings to the proceedings.
Those trying out vary in quality. But that is life right?
