Nolan, is a great film maker, particularly for insomnia, dark knight and inception.
But he's steadily been getting too pretentious for his own good and the films are suffering as a result.
Tenet was a distaster in my opinion, the visual execution on screen was great but the writing and sheer entertainment make it an absolute mess.

Extremely poor documentary and almost every level, I cannot recommend this to anyone, even the most hardcore bodybuilding fans will likely hate this trash.
Really? REALLY?
I just don't know what to say, so let me put it like this:
If it becomes free or on something like Netflix, then maybe waste your time if you've nothing better to do. But, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I have warned you, don't say I didn't.
If you want a similar documentary, I would recommend:
Bigger Stronger Faster: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1151309/
Or the first Generation Iron documentary (and ONLY the first): https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2205904/
