While the movie is watchable, there is hardly any reason to do so. It's not one of those "so bad it's good" cases and is instead just bad.

At best case scenario you can grab a mate and have a few laughs at the unintentional hilarity of the narrator, but other than that and a snippet of nudity at the start, there's nothing worth your time here.

There was a genuine wish to make a good movie here. It can be sensed here and there throughout. Sadly, the lack of acting and directing talent, money, and therefore time sealed the deal and brought us this atrocity. It doesn't work as a horror movie, and it sure doesn't work as something that's supposed to entertain you.

I give the movie 2/10, just for the fact that it resembles a movie and because it's watchable. Of course, I don't recommend it...

"Demon Seed" is an adaptation of Dean Koontz's novel. It tells a story of an AI gone rogue in an attempt to secure its existence. It is entertaining, and it shows the wish to go farther than that by trying to tackle tougher themes, but it doesn't really succeed.

However, I don't think it needs to, since what's here is serviceable and thought-provoking just as it is, especially in this day and age. Robert Vaughn delivers a great performance as Prometheus and makes for a surprisingly interesting villain. The rest of the cast I didn't find all that interesting.

The movie isn't scary or creepy, but it does instill a certain kind of uncomfortable feeling that what you're witnessing is horrifyingly perverted in an ethical and moral sense, and that's what elevates the movie from being pure pulp fiction. It is more than that. It was clearly being made by somebody who wanted to make a good movie.

All in all, "Demon Seed" is an above-average horror movie that is worthy of at least one watch if you consider yourself a fan of the genre. 7/10 from me!

This is the second Western movie Giuliano Gemma starred in, and compared to the first one, "A Pistol for Ringo", this one is not that original. Instead of trying something different, this was just another attempt to copy the success of Leone's work, and a successful one at that, considering it was the second highest-grossing Italian film in Italy for the year.

However, as with most copies, there is no sign of Leone's style to be found here. Instead, you have your typical good-guy main character fighting the bad guys, and trying to save a damsel in distress, played by gorgeous Ida Galli.

Music is nothing special, and honestly, neither is the whole movie. There are some over-the-top moves that our hero pulls off, but other than that, this is your typical, watchable western for a one-and-done watch. 6/10!
