  • Season 2 is absurd

I didn't really play halo. So I had no real idea of the story. I have a friend who played it and wasn't a fan of season 1 because of the story arc. I personally really like season 1. I thought it was a good sci-fi series with a concise direction with the artifacts.

Season 2 is awful. They basically scrap any real direction season 1 had and threw it out the window. It's as if they had enough material for one season then hired all new writers and asked them to get season 2 out there.

It's all a mystery now. Nobody knows whata going on. Episode to episode bring the viewer no closer to understand what's going. I made it to episode 4 and I think I'm just done. You had something and now it's just nonsense mystery. I'm sure it'll all tie up in the last 2 episodes but it's not fun to watch because it's just incoherant nonsense.

  • Just meh,,,cuffs for trying

Like some others have said...it's got all the pieces but it's disjointed on so many levels it's hard to put a finger on it. Story could be something to build on but it's executed in such a hallow way the characters seem overly ridiculously evil or naive . Fight scenes are annoying my shot from fast to slow motion, not in a good way.

They have good actors, I'm not sure why everyone seems so wooded in their dialect.

Did I mention scenes go to slow motion for no paticular reason, then go back to normal speed. I'm curious if it's a funding issue. It almost seem the script was very loosely boarded and everyone improvised.

  • Season 3 is awful

I can totally understand now why Cavill had issue with the script. The show is basically unwatchable. Netflix would be wise to forgo 4th season. Season three is a cluster, storylines don't tie together. Action scenes seem like they are added as an afterthought. Make character that in no way match book or game material. It's as though Cavill is the Witcher and everyone else decide to join another show....director and writers should look at the expanse and game of thrones as to how sticking to source material makes the best content. Then see how later when it diverges, it grossly affect the product.

  • Boring, boring , nothing happens past 1st episode

Couldn't understand the hype. Watched the 1st episode and though, ok, they might have something. Supposedly based off a novel. I say supposedly because the next 4 episode we're so boring I had to get the audible book and figure out if the book was just as bad. Needless to say this show stray rather wide from source material. Not in a good way. Five episodes in and the story as progressed about an hour. Give 3 stars for set design. It looks like a place where generations have lived. Don't understand why tv rights can't at least try to stick with some of the source material other than in name only. There's a reason people liked the source material.

  • Good story, expected more from the animation

Having played the game I liked the story and how they included it's location and characters. Thought the animation could have been better.

I don't think every animated series needs to equal the quality of arcane, however the animation in the game play is better than the animated series.

Felt like 2077 game was meant to set the next level gaming. If they produced the animation for this series, they they half'r'ed it

Also thought the ending felt rushed. The season up until the last episode had a good plot. Ended as if it needed a few more episodes to get to the point it reached to end the season.

  • So much better than expected

Had this on my list to watch but didn't have high expectations. Pleasantly surprised for the 1st episodes. Hope it continues Who knew Chris Pratt could tackle a serious role. I think they do the navy seals justice with realistic scenes. No idea if there is a season 2 but hope so.

Not sure why I need 600 characters to write a review of a show I like that I don't want to put in spoilers but oh well. Just keep on typing. Hopefully more people tune in to watch it. Have to look up and see if it's been green lit for another season.

How the heck did Netflix green light this show. It is absolutely terrible. It's like a b rated show , not the one that is a cult classsic but the one you wonder where the money went. Just avoid it.

Started off ok, but is so slow. Started at 7pm and fell asleep. Such a slow melodic pace , if u like that cudos. Ended with a clif hanger but I thought it was boring. I like Jon's character but don't think it's enough.

  • 2 episodes, 2 awful child chase scenes

Can't tell who's more annoying Leia or the third sister who just seems annoying bad at acting. 5 stars outlet for Ewan as Kenobi. Such high hopes for this show. Hopefully it gets better but, not getting my hopes up.

All the high rating ms boggle my mind.

Please just drop Reva out an airlock.

  • Favorite new integration so far

Reminds me, all be it on a grander scale of daredevil. Taking the opportunity to develop a story and character both from the present perspective as well as slowly bringing in back story. CGI has been on point up to this point. Looking forward to the rest of the season.

  • Zero reason to make this movie

Thankfully I have HBO and didn't have to pay ticket price to watch a movie about how much neo loved trinity and how great she really is. Who green lights this crap. I'm all for a female forward movie. But for the love, make the story interesting. What's next...diehard remake movie re-cast with female lead?

Did someone new direct or write the last episode. There's this big reveal, and then basically goes to comic relief. There's a big build up then Disney steps in and goes rates G for the last episodes.

  • Ok at best

Disappointing they have very little regard for the source material. Someone is lining their pockets if Amazon is claiming it cost 10mil and episode. Egwene feels miscast. Costumes feel off. Just doesn't seem like a very tight production.

There's really nobody with any redeemable feature on the show. Either someone is a jerk or their a moron. I guess the only one who is redeemable is the grandfather, but he's on for maybe a minute every other episode.

This truly surpasses expectations. Came into this with no prior knowledge and I'm honestly taken back on how well this is written as well as the time they've take to develop character relationships. Animation and story are top notch. Hats off.

  • Obvious studio forced and gun point movie

This is one of those studio contract movies where the actors have no choice but to do this movie. Story is awful, all the location sets are green screen. The story is and dialogue is just plain awful. Don't worry I forgive you, thankfully the movie was free on Netflix.

Negative reviews are not wrong. Story is disjointed and the animation is disappointing at best. Probably would have been better as a mini series. There are multiple story lines but now are done well.

Part 1 I found very interesting, thought this could be good. However Part 2 just vomits characters so they are on screen. Basically just nonsense throwing Batman adversaries for the sake of it.

It's got some issues but I think it could setup an interesting second season. Probably could have devolved the plot over a few episodes rather than just throw everything into the the 1st.
