After watching the Dabbe series, it is clear that director, Hasan Karacadag, has mastered his technique. Dab6e has achieved a level of raw terror that is so rare that I almost thought I could never feel it again. The film is not afraid to scare its audience, which is a common problem with Western horror films in our generation. Dab6e is currently the most terrifying film I have ever seen. As usual there will be poor ratings by the public, but I advise horror fans to sit down in a dark silence and view this film. Dab6e uses the classic formula of its predecessors however the film has the highest level of terror in the series.
Dab6e uses a large number of horror elements which are used to petrify the viewer: gore, witchcraft, demons etc. Along with the classic Dabbe twist. Combining these into a film that keeps you captivated the whole way. Simply brilliant. Bravo Dab6e bravo 9/10

After watching Dabbe 3 and Dabbe 4, the director successfully displays his style throughout the series. Dabbe 5 has a similar story to the other films in the series however it differs in its twist, location and scares. In Dabbe 3 and 4 we see a slower progression in the films with the horror usually lying in the ending scenes. This changes in Dabbe: Zehr-i Cin. The film Begins on a horrifying note and is certainly more terrifying than its predecessors. The director of the series definitely evolves throughout the series. The classic Dabbe formula: combining science and religion, modern technology and ancient folklore using a western cinematic style and eastern cultural aspects is apparent in this film. I would recommend this film if the viewer enjoyed Dabbe 3 and 4. Scares: 8/10 Actors: 7/10 Story: 8.5/10 Overall: 8/10
This movie seemed legit because of all the semi-good user reviews BUT it turned out to be one of the worst horror movies i have ever seen. The movie doesn't get you attached to any of the characters and I almost fell asleep it was so typical and boring. Not scary at all it basically was just a recording of trees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.. I don't understand how these other people enjoyed this movie.. they must be new to this sort of stuff because it was terrible, an excuse of a horror. It tried to put in some "scares" but they were sooo predictable, you could easily see them coming and most of the time it was just a smudge on the screen and a loud noise, nothing of quality or even remotely frightening... PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME there are hundreds of other movies i could recommend instead.
