This is honestly just rehashing the old show with maybe 20mins new content as in interviews with former contestants.
Didn't deep dive enough, didn't show all sides enough and honestly just feels like an ad to try to stay relevant.
They do however show how unkind the show was and how revolting it treated people - the bad thing is that not a lot of people will see that for what it is, seeing as kindness is now seen as "being woke".

First the bad;
Season 1 and 2 have different main story arches, but it has one thing in common, the american english is oddly over the top. Even the actual americans feel like they're faking the accents.
Season 2 added a very over the top obvious echoeffect to memories and this is one of a number of reasons I'm giving the series as a whole a low score. The dumbing down on everything from season 1 really cheapens it.
The characters are pretty flat, and the interpersonal plots are very obvious.
To the good-ish; The other subplots and the main arc are both well done, but also unbelievable. The actors themselves are good, I'm fearing a bad script or bad directing took them in a wrong direction. It's not the worst crimeshow I've seen, but it's far from the top mid. I watched it because I've run out of shows, and for that, it worked perfectly.
