The screenplay is based in the first giant judicial cause against narcos in Spain. It is a perfect representation of the time: the music, the accent, the way they move, the clothing, the cars, how they male smoke, the Atlantic ocean. The political corruption. In the first years of democracy in Spain.
Don't expect it to be an American narcos series. It is just the way it was.
