To start with something positive, considering current political discussions and narratives, the setting is pretty funny and interesting.
Unfortunately, the movie does not exploit the promising setting and places the most unlikeable, annoying characters in this weird world. It is not possible to establish any connection to them, because they can only be hated. In addition, the movie tries to give us an example of how dumb men and how intelligent and competent women are, so the only smart character is the girl boss. The plot does not get any deeper, and most scenes and punch lines are too obvious and foreseeable.
The humour in this movie is really awful. The jokes might be funny for people in essential school, but I highly doubt people older than 13 can really laugh about many of them. And some seem to work for US Americans only.
Furthermore, there are so many logic errors. I do not want to criticise the movie too hard for them. To give you one example, people rot, but somehow they do not decay more than the writers want them to and stop rotting at exactly this level of decomposition.

This movie begins with a good setting, the characters seem great and the story interesting.
At some point, it seems the writers got themselves into some absurd conflicting plot problems. And this is the moment when the movie begins to get more and more absurd. When the story comes to its end, the movie has become a joke. Not a comedy. A joke.
The movie claims to be a comedy. This is fine. But watching it, the comedic elements seem to be an excuse for the ever growing absurdity and unbelievable plot inconsistencies and unexplained logistics logical holes. The ending scene after all is just the crown, or should I rather say the red puffy clown nose.

Compared to the mass of shark movies, this one is not very different from many others.
From the start of the movie to it's end, a lot of scenes are so generic that they could occur in every other shark movie. You could probably cut out some scenes and exchange them, not many would notice. The story is standard, the effects are below average, the music is boring to annoying.
What really hurts is the amount of useless scenes in this film, nobody needs. Diving down and planting dynamite over and over again feels trashy and I don't understand how somebody can watch this and say "Yes, we need to see him plant three more dynamite packs".
Another really annoying fact is how you can see the back of the pool in some of the shark scenes. Come on, everybody has to spot this.
