Watching the first episode was a real challenge. The operetta-like and slightly surreal setting, which I think was meant to draw on Wes Anderson, give the show an almost poetic feel. Unfortunately, the plot, flat and lacking flair, is not only unattractive, but provokes the recurring question: what is the authors' point. Of course, this is not a historical film, but if the convention is to convince us that it takes place in some authoritarian central European state, then clearly the show's creators have not done their homework. For everything we wkemy about former communist states, or about today's regime in Russia or Belarus, is extremely distant from the vision we see in the Regime series.
Two stars for effort and salaries for artists.

I haven't laughed even once. They should really cancel this show after they cancelled the joy of watching it. Its been a great journey throughout all the seasons but the longer Big Gang Theory is produced the more mediocre it becomes. It no longer has its special vibe and brilliance of dialogues. Its all gone, like 2 or 3 seasons ago.
Speaking of me, that I'm a big BBT fan would be an understatement. I have watched all BBT episodes from last season. Sadly I have to admit this is the first season so far, which didn't make me laugh at all. The authors seem to have run out of fuel to create convincing comical situations. I almost feel like if the producers wanted to discourage me from watching.
