I assume that American beauty standards are different than the ones in the country I come from, but some of these actresses are so grotesquely thin, it has got to be unhealthy. 

But still Hollywood keeps signing them up for the "sexy woman" parts. I don't get what's so sexy about looking malnourished.

And please don't give us those "it's the way my metabolism works"-nonsense....
