I'm not saying you have to be super intelligent to follow and enjoy this offbeat spectacular production but what I do believe though for inquisitive people searching for twists that add up and not the run of the mill entertainment there's proble no chance you wouldn't enjoy "Interior Chinatown". This being about my 250th review I've only given a 9 or higher about 35 times throughout my decade of reviews on IMDB which to me says a lot in it's self. If your unaware of the Hollywood era in TV/ Movies we currently are closing out of it's the Multiple dimensions era but what's so fascinating about this show it truly succeeded blending reality and the alternative so uniquely by squarely showing our inner anxieties, life regrets and persinal failures or ambitions so clear without pause you have no choice but to get fully swept into such a funny far out intricately woven story that turns out to be one of the truest tales ever told.. Highmarks all around Acting, Directing, Set design and casting but a super chef's kiss to the teleplay screenwriters for this outstanding idea perfectly fleshed out. BRAVO.
For too many years religion has been passed down through each generation with no one seriously delving into the 10,000 different religions and the 1,000,000 contradictions each of them hold. The pace, Acting, Set design and plot were outstanding from beginning to end with an engaging educational theme. But I love this film because it not only has all the trappings of a good horror film for softies (not truly scary but the situation is terrifying) but the thorough explanatory aspect in this film is extraordinarily refreshing to say the least. If a wave of whispering in each others ears changes every tenth person why would the beliefs of our ancestors who lacked modern knowledge and science hold credence over modern society. Since I'm the type of person who updates their information in real time It's heartwarming knowing I wasn't wrong for speaking up when most people would agree and have no argument but yet stay silent fearful of how they will look in the eyes of others or fearful they've wasted years following something they know deep down isn't true. Top marks all around but definitely Hugh Grant's best work hands down. 👇 And one last tid-bit for Christianity I realize 3000 years sounds like a long time what the heck we could even double that just to be on the good side of Genesis and let's ask God who created the moon and the stars and the earth in a flash why would it take so long to create us or those that are made in his image when there's rocks on earth over 6 million years old. I'm just saying. Watch the film.
