An atrocity of random plot points and stilted dialogue, spewed out of a Disney marketing algorithm. The only reason to endure this farce of a film is to make the prequels seem more palatable.

In my opinion, this is one the finest movies ever made. After repeated viewings, I still don't completely understand it, and that's the beauty of it. One of the best music scores in a long time, along with the in-camera visual effects and stunning sound design, create a memorable heavy atmosphere.

Bored actors playing boring characters on boring planets amble their way through a boring script, written by bored Disney accountants, sprinkled with boring CGI. A truly appalling piece of film-making.
