It was the year 2010, the day of my 30th birthday and since it was the middle of December and it wasn't appealing to spend any time outdoors, me, a small group of friends, and family decided to unpack the dvd of a recently purchased movie: "Dragon" (2006), that was advertised on the cover as "an epic adventure, just like 'Lord Of The Rings'" and the title hinted a dragon, so we were totally enthusiastic, spending the afternoon, drinking prosecco and wine, and watching this movie together.
You wonder why anybody would start a movie- review with the circumstances under which a group of people came about watching in the first place.
But if you ever decide watching that movie, please make sure you do that under very similar circumstances. A group of humorous people in a good mood, enough of fun substances like alcohol and time to waste. Otherwise you would want to rip your eyes out and pierce your inner ear with a knitting needle, maybe removing part of the brain that processes memory, during the first five minutes enduring this "film".
It isn't even a spoiler if I told you it's about a group of random people talking and walking in the forest. They even talk way more than they walk. And the "big reveal" of the "dragon" will make you regret not having gauged your eyes out and damaged your ability to remember, because what has been seen, can't be unseen.
Just watch in recommended setting and make sure you have time to totally waste on that whatever it is, whatever it was intended to be. Incredible that real humans partook in that first-grade school project and even pressed this onto a dvd. I won't get over that.
It was the year 2010 but everybody that was in the room that day in December with me, glued in disbelief to the television, wet eyes and aching bellies from laughing so hard, everybody still speaks about this experience until today and we will never forget to have watched the worst "film" ever made.

A very important question indeed.
Evolutionary equilibrium - wiping out the Anopheles mosquito (and a "few" other species) - we don't know the unstoppable cascade that will start, we won't know until it's way too late what that will cause in the great scheme of all things living. It will save 3 million people in 5 years, 6 million in 10 years.... What happens to nature is irrelevant because people (endangered species number 1) are dying today. I'm happy though the super toxic pesticide isn't used anywhere and every where in huge quantities anymore. Who makes the ultimate decision?
I like Gin Tonic.
This episode was informative and worth while watching.
