Where do I start? The casting is wrong, the story has too many loopholes, the direction is off, there is no chemistry between the lead actors, the so-called lead actress cannot act...
Gosh, man! It's a typical k-drama with all the elements that used to make Korean romance great, but they failed to execute every single one of them. In fact, it is so cringe when the lead actors are on the screen!
Please don't waste your time. There are better Korean dramas out there.

Cross has a good plot but the whole series would have been so much better if only it wasn't constantly pushing the far-left agenda on its viewers. Series is meant for entertainment and good message, not propaganda or lecturing. But Cross does that way too often than palatable. So fair warning to those who want to watch it.
Otherwise, plot and screenplay are Cross's strengths. The tale is gripping but it is not exactly smart. The acting is wonderful all across the board. Light-hearted humour in a series like this should have timing and Cross gets it right. Overall, a series worth watching if you have a free weekend.

If you have read the book, then you know this series is quite the embarrassment to it. The book is so thrilling while the series gets so many things wrong. The character development is awful and the mystery itself falls short in keeping you engaged.
Honestly, it truly does not do any justice to the original plot. It's a far cry from it. And the portrayal of main characters is awful as well.
The book is smart and the plot is intelligent. But the series is neither. And the emphasis of pseudo sciences was incredibly annoying as well. If you have read the book and fallen in love with it, I would recommend you stay far away from this series.
