The landscape, the plot and the story are beautiful with major themes such as teenage years and the beginning of the adulthood, the absence of parenthood, choices for the future. Characters are moving but the main character, Summer, is boring and selfish. She hurts her friends, family and boyfriend without even think of consequences. She's stubborn and not funny contrary to the others.
Nevertheless, this summer story is enjoyable.

The movie is so flat. I watched the first hour and get bored all along. Thimothée doesn't play well. The storyline is slow and the characters are so empty. I don't get why people are so in love with this movie. It hasn't any charm. And the love romance between the main characters is imaginary.
I saw similarities with "a Christmas Prince" so the story is not really original. But the characters are lovely and pretty cute. The storyline is just okay. I loved to see Queen Amber and King Richard with the baby. I was just excited about to see Rose McIver and Ben Lamb.
