Yes it was delayed, yes it got panned by the critics, yes it wasn't a great box office success! Personally I thought it was a beautiful film. Visually fab, story great, acting and production really good! Not quite sure where all the hate is coming from? Politics I presume? Or just Hollywood BS!! Could of, would of, should of been great!! I was entertained, but who am I to judge!!!!!

What a mess! I like all his books. However, the screen adaptations never quiteseem to hit the mark. Netflix tried and failed, now Prime seems have gone the same way. The script has more holes in than slice of emmental, the acting is somewhat iffy, and the fact that it gives the appearance to be a British drama (the actors etc), there are far too many American references, and even appears to be filmed outside the UK. Just checked filmed in Toronto! If your going to spend all that money on a production, get it right!! Farcical!!!!

This film is unredeemably bad! The script is awful, the effects are laughable,and the acting is very hit and miss. What possessed MF to do this? LH is okay, questionable amount of smoke grenades (where was he hiding them!) Look, most of the reviews are a bit mean,I mean what were they expecting. At the end of the day this is bad,very bad! However, mildly amusing because of its low quality, probably not the reaction the filmmakers were going for. I may watch it again on a wet and windy afternoon, drink beer, eat crisps maybe even a chocolate bar! My advice is not to take life too seriously, turn your brain off, put your feet up and enjoy this truly terrible film for what it is,inoffensive drivel!
