Solid B. I'm not a warcraft fan but if I was, I imagine this film would be a 10. Apparently fans of the series love it, I liked it. It could have been better. I think it definitely should have been longer as how Director Duncan Jones intended. The humans absolutely needed more development and the pacing was a little too quick at times. We needed a bit more buildup to make things feel more substantial in the grand scheme of things with the amount of information presented to us. Otherwise, Jones brings a remarkable sense of flair and charisma in his direction that makes this film ridiculously enjoyable to watch.
Great episode. I love that they finally brought Ahsoka Tano into the Live Action realm.
But as a life long fan of aliens and terminator, seeing Michael Biehn on screen again in this episode as Lang brought me joy.

I don't really know what to say. Sky High is just one of those movies I grew up with. It's wacky, stupid, has some fake-looking vfx and 2000s teen movie cliches but on the other hand, that's why I love this movie so much. It's the perfect time capsule for the era it released. From the over-the-top charm of Kurt Russell as the strongest hero in the world to the brilliant casting of Bruce Campbell as Boomer, It's really hard to stay mad at this movie. Furthermore, I feel like the film actually has some strong qualities outside of the campy charm. Sky High actually has some really endearing characters, a strong style, solid storytelling and a good message for kids. Maybe it is a little bit dated in the eyes of the new genetation of kids but for those like me who grew up on movies like this, Sky High really has aged better than most, cheesy effects and all.
