  • Mysterious

Mystified? Here's my interpretation -- A hypnotic meditation on the mysterious nature of the subconscious and its power. It is abstract and psychological at its core. The logic is skewed to be dreamlike and surreal, making more sense on a second viewing where I picked up on more visual clues and devices. I'd be curious how others interpreted it? Some posts I've seen think Alex exists, some don't. Any psychologists out there? Oh, and Jena Malone is really good as she delivers a sweet and devastating performance all at once. Where has she been?

If you like tidy resolutions and optimistic fade-outs this film is probably not for you!

  • "Masterpiece" as expected

Robert DeNiro Joe Pesci Martin Scorsese and the name of the movie is Casino, most of the plot is of Tangiers Casino set in Las Vegas, what else can you expect. It would be great movie to watch with friends while drinking.

A typical movie of this genre and a typical Scorsese style. The narrative of the movie, the characters, the actors and the way story unfolds is very definitive for the fans of this genre or any other genre. It covers all the perks and highs of the underground world of money, gambling and crime but it is not just about the perks. Great performance by DeNiro, Joe Pesci and Sharon Stone as always.

Must watch for anyone who loves this genre. How can anyone not enjoy Joe Pesci saying, "You modaFucker, you!" and whack someone on the head

  • Good Movie to relax

It is a nice movie to watch when you wanna relax. The romance between two kids is shown in a kids' way. Showing the summer time and the ordinary things in kids' life, movie is not making u tensed. Even though it is not the kind of movie which builds up suspense and makes you curious about the ending, is very successfully captures the attention from beginning. You don't need to be patient to watch this movie.

Veda is a little girl growing up in a funeral home who is pretty normal kid but growing up in funeral home and knowing her dad is working on dead bodies in their basements, has some effects on her. on the other hand, Thomas J. is very simple fragile kid who is allergic to everything and follows his routine all the time.

The movie might sound common and boring but it has a twist on it. Worth watching
