A fun show. The MC is very much what you'd imagine the typical INTJ personality type to be, in her case however she is surrounded by people that "feel" more than they "think". Which lends itself to a never ending storm of mishaps.
The show makes use of common urban myths and is just full of fun references and clever jokes.
The pacing is fast and while some episodes are better than others it never dips into the negative. The show is always fun and interesting to follow regardless of the storyline and the socially awkward characters helps.
Overall this is an enjoyable show and worth a watch.

Simple premise but very well executed. A single mother of two inherited her brother's haunted hotel. That's really it and everything builds up past that point.
I like that it doesn't pull it's punches, yes the kids are weird and that fine. Yes some of the spirits & people are horrible and that ok. It's never mean spirited though and the jokes land.
Overall a really good show, especially around Halloween.

This is based of a book series of the same name by Adam Gidwitz. The show is clever and well written, I think in a written format the jokes were probably more effective because the show had a tendency to over explain it as if to a very slow 4 year old.
I did like the "censorship" attempts, those were funny without declawing the tale.
I do question who this aimed at though. The kids (4 years old) found it too scary, it's a little too kiddified for the older kids or any adult.
Its a good idea, but it needs to find it's target demographic and commit to it without talking down to their audience.
