...and I'm done. I'm going to review what I saw without spoilers but it will be difficult. Don't anyone put down a dog because of it's size. I've had mid-size and the small ones and without hesitation let me say loving them all is my pleasure. Both men and women regardless of their ages want to get rid of the smaller dogs and bring home the larger ones. That's fine if the dog is their dog. Don't choose for another person even a member of the family! I don't know the outcome in the movie because this one line was uttered and that just broke my heart. The little wire terrier maltipoo mix playing Charlie is too precious. And I resent the writer who wrote with such disdain for the viewers. Do better next time writers!

Can't go into all the why's that drew me into this movie without crossing the spoiler line. This movie was absolutely wonderful and heartfelt and romantic. I knew how the movie would end and was so happy that I was in sync with the writer. Sofia Carson was perfect in this role. This is her best role so far out of the three movies I've seen with her in the lead. There was one surprise in this movie that I wasn't expecting. My expectations were let down at this point, but as I've read and been told...life is very messy. Life is what it becomes, right?

Taylor Kitsch continues to surprise me in his depth with handling the material. (Tim Riggins isn't on the field any longer. This was my fave character back when Friday Night Lights had us glued to our flatscreens!) With the better than excellent review this limited series received, I knew what to expect once the last scene faded. And I was better than okay with that. Betty Gilpin also did an excellent job in portraying her mousey mother terrified for her child. I don't know the young native girl but she was a huge plus to this desperate party trying to outrun several undesirable groups. And the young male, oh my gosh, this child I'll be watching for in the future. But Taylor was the glue that held these desperate people together. Yes, the violence was off the charts. I'm assuming this was the way of life back then.
