Too bad, the dynamic between female therapist and male patient could have been a great set up for a movie. Im a therapist in a forensic setting and could tell you 10 stories that are real and way more interessting. They are completely missing the point in how it works and how it happens that a professional falls for a patient. Shes supposed to be expererienced at her job,but nothing she does makes sense to me, a real therapist
As a film on its own its a 6. But since it competely ruins the ending and thereby the symbolism of the original story of star wars i would rather give it a 1
It's not a blockbuster movie, its not about great plot twists, action or grand moments in history. It's a moment in the life of people who have been through something very traumatic. So if your not in to that, its not for you. Otherwise this film is a must see. I would love to give it even a higher grade but for that I have to see if it stands the test of time and if its still a favourite of mine in a couple of years. It's beautifully acted and left me feeling all kind of things. And as Kidman put it so lovely: the film made me feel less alone. The ending is a little bit too sudden for my taste, but it makes sense and I wouldnt know how to end it differently.
