The title suggests the documentary is going to be factual about the story of Wicked; but they dont even start to talk about Wicked until an hour in, of an hour and half film. If you want to know about the background of the Wizard of Oz and the author then great watch it but they should have named it something different as its way more focussed on the that than the newer Wicked story or play.
And even then when I got to the Wicked part of the documentry it isnt done in a very exciting way at all and so I gave up and turned it off.
Theres also some sound glitches which need to be re edited.

This is more and more painful to watch the closer it gets to the ending.
I like a who done it but much prefer it being done in a two hour film rather than an 8 episode series. This is dragged out wayyy too much. The culprit being revealed was under whelming after waiting so long.
Yet not given it a bad score as it did manage to keep me engaged with good acting and characters.
Another good point is that every single detail is covered which you dont get in a film one, I usually have questions in my mind but didn't with this one (although couldn't wait for it to finish too).

Great camera movement with the one continous shot, you can really grab a taste of real time and realistic feels along with the good acting. However it does create quite a few very boring bits, especially the travelling in a car/van parts. Episode 1 is probably the best, good scripting but episode 3 was the worst to get through as its just the kid and the professional woman in a room together, watching the kid having tantrums.
They could have condensed it into 3 episodes from what was there plus some of the girls family side to things. Then had a 4th episode in a court room or something as there was no ending or wrap up to the story at all.
