The show has maintained every attribute that made fans love Lucifer in the first place and enhanced all of the others that were missing. The CGI rendering is perfect and the thrills have already begun at an excellent pace for a pilot.
Moving onto the 2nd episode now! bye!
The episode was very good if you want a few laughs. I would not even complain about this because I hardly care about politics much. My only problem with this episode is that he tries to convince people of something too hard which makes the last 10 minutes a drag and boring to watch. A serious political analysis would've been great too, but it felt heavily biased. The fact that he devoted almost the last third of the episode on hinduism is proof enough. The last 10 minutes were not funny at all, felt like the preachings of someone trying to prove something and sway public, and mostly just bland. IF you are going to talk about an election, and you somehow decide to only talk about 1 party leader while completely ignoring the opposition party leader, I cannot help but feel the disappointment.
This disgusting piece deserved a review by someone like me! I have never written a review before!
While watching it on Netflix, I had a constant downpour of tears! When it was finished, I wanted to know everything I could about these brave people trying to make a difference. I was so angry when I saw articles and the youtube video by the corbettreport calling it a propaganda construct. But thank God I didn't discard those right away. I decided to watch the video after reading the comments. And the truth about the Oscar winning propaganda piece quite easily horrified me so much more than the bombing and death scenes in the documentary did.
Enough said.
Please stay away from this utter piece of shameless garbage.
