Starts off decent but rolls down the slop faster than you can settle in the seat! An impossible story line, screenplay full of plot holes, an horribly painful to watch teen daughter, a caricature of a General, an unconvincing villain, non existent motive, ah, I could go on. The last few episodes are so bad that the earlier ones feel like Breaking Bad!!! Avoid!
A RCT would be more fun than sitting through this movie. Disjointed screenplay, a non existent story, lousy sleep walking performances, really, I have no clue what Shankar was smoking when this movie was being made! I wonder how such projects get greenlighted! Isn't there a process before you invest tens of crores? Don't the actors feel the dead on arrival story when they go through the narration! One of the worst movie experiences of my life!
This movie was fast tracked due to the sudden humongous success of Vikram. But staying from the premise to the plot, no attention was paid! Shankar is stuck in the rut of his earlier movies in terms of execution and the script itself is no where near those older classics! Avoid like plague!

Mindless action without a story isn't working! All Baki has are action sequences which are well choreographed but without soul! Action sequences don't take the story forward and the violence after a point of time seems pointless..
I initially was reasonably gripped into the show because of the action and was waiting for some story to come my way but then it's just more of the same... Am out of here!
