I have read a lot of stupid 1 and 2 star reviews by people who weren't paying attention to the movie. People are complaining that the people aren't nicely behaved - did those same people complain about
Firstly, she does stay in a villa and anybody who has travelled overseas knows that a lot of old big houses have been turned into apartments and secondly, she has been planning for this trip for years and schoolteachers save for vacations. I know having been married to one.
While all roads lead to Rome, this movie is not at all predictable. I was watching this movie for a little while before I thought "he looks a lot like "Tom Hopper" and was surprised to look the movie up and see it was indeed Tom. He plays a totally different character, and you could believe that is his natural self because he is so at ease. Great acting.
Although you think the movie has an inevitable conclusion nothing is further from the truth. There is nothing corny about it and if you have ever experienced thwarted romance then this will resonate with you.
By the way the dinner scene is a hoot.
Spoiler alert: Tom does get married to Cassie. In real life that is. They are husband and wife :)

I'm sure that what the director refers to as "the money shot" was a turn on for them and the actor but it is an image that has burned holes in my retina.
This is my favorite TV series of all time. Having said that it must not become political and become influenced by Apple's executives otherwise I will stop watching it. Having said that (again) it brought my attention to something that I had to research and was glad I did. Bringing our attention to things like this which we should be aware of is not political but when writers go this far they can become emboldened and let politics creep in and dominate, like "The Good Fight".
Keep it loose guys as your writing is brilliant and the acting does the writing justice.
