  • So much background music all the tlme...

That is the stupidness of turkish movies or serials , always a mysterious kind of music in the background, so annoying when you notice it. It really gives you headache after haif an hour.

Apart of that, the plot has ten thousands of holes, the tlme travel scenario makes no sense at all, and the love triangle that is so boring really.

In order to be fair, lt is one of the most decent shows from Turkey still, with a good cinematography and screen writing Still hearing always a music playing in the background ls so annoying really. And the plot so naive for those who are a little bit familiar to the Turkish Independence War ln the 20's.

Also, an interesting.reference to The Shining for 10 seconds in episode 5.

  • Everybody beating everyone

Everybody's beating everyone all the time, so annoying really, what a culture. And nobody seems to be.dlsturbed by lt. On the other hand, nice little netflix serle, wlth all the ingredients to make lt last.

Good effort to show the real Indla, wlth all the harshness, mediocrity, dlrt or the real life though. As I am not so onto indian movles or series, that felt dlfferent. The special effects are also good, not to mention most of the characters layouts.

Again, I thlnk that beating is being seen as the one and only solution for all the problems whatsoever, that ls the only thlng that bothered me.

  • Shame thls movie is thrown out as a masterpiece of Turkish cinema

Such a bad acting, lights, sound and music for a 1987 year made movie. The novel is pretty good and obscure but thid adaptation doesn not reflete at all the atmosphere.

Dialogues are literally taken word by word from the novel which makes the adaptation harder.

Passage from a scene to another are really awkward and make difficult to follow.

It reminded me of how mediocre was the adaptation of 'The Stranger' novel by Camus to the cinema . This is no exception To resume, a poor adaptation which doesn't stand the test of tlme...

Nothlng genius in thls movle, not one thlng.
