I don't understand all the bad reviews. I have not read the books so don't really have anything to compare to. I think some of the characters needed a big more padding in the backstory. Apart from that i enjoyed it.
I kinda liked it..
Watched all 10 episodes but i did fast forward thought some parts. A little too much focus on some of the the american teams. I didn't even realise there was a uk and irish team until i read a review from one one else! (ps i am from the uk)
Some things i found annoying:
a Japanese team just suddenly appeared when they got like a min of air time when they had to call or rescue after 2 of their team got trenchfoot.
They never showed the completed leader board.
Would have liked to know a little more of the other teams in the top 10!
