While the film has its charm, it's hard to ignore that the storyline and climax feel underdeveloped-lacking the complexity and emotional nuance we've come to expect from Pixar's more introspective offerings. Instead, it leans heavily on familiar themes explored in Strange World, Inside Out, and Soul, without really carving out its own identity.
That said, this isn't a total misfire. The film delivers enough warmth and visual appeal to serve as an easygoing midsummer watch-ideal for a family movie night with kids or grandparents. It may not be groundbreaking, but it holds its own as a simple, heartfelt piece of entertainment.
A quick heads-up for parents: if your child is sensitive to sudden emotional shifts or scenes that quickly swing from cheerful to intense, you might want to consider watching this one at home on Disney+ rather than in theaters. The tonal changes can feel jarring and may be overwhelming for more sensitive viewers.

I would rate andron as a -1 but i give them the credit of at least putting this reject of the hunger games wannabe together somewhat and getting Danny Glover and Alec Baldwin to star in it unconvincingly!!
From the trailer i sense this is a made for sci fi channel or cloo , Sunday night at 8pm TV special! it is so mind boggingly bad that my sense of even writing a review for it is leaving a bad taste in my mouth!
From the opening of them not remembering where they are , then getting chased and followed by the upstarts who think this game isn't fair sounds familiar anyone.
Please you have been warned don't watch!!!!!
