It's not the same with the B team leading the story. I love Gary Cole in this. But he's (I think) on purpose not a replacement character. He doesn't want to be the reason it fails. Thus not in the lead.

Sean Murray is not enough to carry the show even with good writing. His character is not interesting. Neither is Jimmy's.

At this point bringing back Mark Harmon briefly, won't save it either.

It's had a good run. But without some major changes, it's days are numbered,

The lead is doing a good job without over acting. I'll watch next week.

I laugh out loud every episode. I've seen the first six episodes and it's really not like any other show I've ever seen. Kathryn Hahn is fabulous. The awkwardness feels real. Hard to explain. But people are flawed and this shows them in a funny way.
