The new Chief of Police joined the cast. I so dislike the character and the actor. I know TV thinks that it is the classic recipe for a show, have this negative drama within the drama of the show, BUT I do not agree with the recipe. I do not like the new addition, and I have never cared for the actor particularly when he was in Reba years ago, He remains as annoying and dislikable as ever. HOWEVER I do like the show "sans" this change. At the moment, the show rating with him in it, has dropped a star to nine.. I hope that will not be continuing trend going forward this season.

Came across this one on a streaming channel, as a "recommend for you" based upon movie... Thought what the heck, give it a try. It was a rather slow beginning into the meat of the movie and then it got going. Some twists and turns along the way, nothing predictable and a decent story line. Was this a first class A rated movie, no, but as a what the heck give it a shot B movie, it was okay.

Seems like a Hallmark knock off. The main character solves mysteries with her Book Club members... She runs a craft shop, not a librarian, has a budding romance with fireman, not the cop but... has a dog, not a cat, still sounds a lot like one of those other mystery series... mmm what was the name of that one with Aurora .... The writing is far less polished... it is just okay.
