Obviously, a low budget film, and most of the acting was pretty amateur apart from Nalia. The odd, shouting and facial expressions from Afflick, made him look like he was some sort baddie with a dubbed voice, from a 70s kung fu film.
The the fact that it was set so far in the future, I guess was to avoid trying to represent a technological of our technologically advanced society.
I did find this film, oddly, charming, and quite liked the simple music that followed them around .
The special effects regarding the computer transport system on the wall was pretty cool.

I really enjoyed this, a nice British film, well cast with an interesting premise.
The description of the lead as a 'troubled young woman' did ring alarm bells with me as I don't generally enjoy watching people with troubled lives. However this was not really the case as the troubles she had were from the dimension slip effects, not from some miserable existence. I don't want to give too much away, but the scenes of workplace conflict, control and apathy are certainly addressed by a strong character and the she rights many wrongs which would be most peoples aim in such a situation. It was not predictable and i came away slightly confused but in a good way. Give it a go, it worked for me.

Its a shocker, slow, boring, no real story, the dialogue was just a jumble of meaningless sentences. One of the worst films I have seen this year. It looked like somene walked around Venice with a camera following two people who were instucted to read out some random lines. So a pretty young woman who main job was to walk around with a huge smile with a dour looking bloke with no redeeming features apart from the fact he wasnt a serial killer. Then it comes to an abrupt end the credits roll. At which point my wife comments, well that was @@@ wasnt it. A succinct summary of the film and saves me having to describe it in more detail.
