Not sure why the reviews are average. It's a very good movie, based on true events. It's really pulled on the heart strings; the years not moving on for the grieving parent, but life continues for the stolen and their kidnapping parent.

There could have been more depth to the characters, but all in all I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and it's well worth watching.

Some really great mystical/mythical concepts that felt fresh and well executed. Good effects and well paced. Good family movie, definitely recommend, thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is epic TV. Incredible storytelling. Amazing direction, acting, soundtrack and everything. Nothing touches it. Everyone should be watching this groundbreaking series.
